Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction with the orders you receive is important at House of Greco. Please don't hesitate to get in touch if you have any issues with your order. Approval is required to return/exchange any of the items in your order.

General Guidelines:

- Returns: Due to the fact that House of Greco is a small business, returns may only be made for store credit minus a 20% restocking fee. Basically, all sales are final, unless one of the exceptions listed below apply.

- Defective items: Some looms and bulk chocolate are the only items that are drop-shipped, otherwise, House of Greco is able to inspect all items in person to make sure that they are free of defects. However, it can still happen. Let the owner know if it did and it will be made right.

- Damaged items: Sometimes items get damaged in transit, due to careless handling or careless packaging. If you see exterior damage, and have a camera, please take a picture of the outside and as you open it. This will help tremendously. House of Greco is happy to take responsibility for a poor packaging job, but cannot take responsibility for any damages incurred by a shipping company.

- Exchanges: A good example is wrong color string. Every effort is made to be relatively accurate between colors, but actual representations to real life cannot be guaranteed due to the vast amount of devices and screen colors. So this is an understandable exchange. We'll share the shipping cost on this one.
